About Us
John Jordan
John is the Executive Director of The Greenhouse Lab, a small business incubator, and co-owner of eQuip Books, a brick-and-mortar and e-commerce bookstore. With deep experience leading both nonprofit and for-profit organizations, John is passionate about helping entrepreneurs and nonprofit leaders turn ideas into sustainable realities. He and his wife, Gao Foua,
have lived in Aliquippa, PA for 18 years with their three children.
Michael Witterman
Michael is the founder of Michael Witterman Coaching, where he helps business owners clarify strategy and strengthen operations. He brings a diverse background that includes executive leadership in the edtech sector—most recently as Vice President of Organizational Development—as well as extensive experience in real estate sales and investment. Michael lives in Center Township, PA with his wife, Brooke, and their four children.
Gareth Aiken
Born and raised in Glenarm, Northern Ireland, Gareth came to the U.S. on a soccer scholarship. He spent 20 years at FedEx in senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Contractor Relations and Vice President of Safety & Sustainability. Gareth now serves as Director of Business Services at The Greenhouse Lab and lives in Hopewell Township, PA with his wife, Leigh,
and their two sons.
